Franca has over two decades of experience helping organizations build strategic partnerships and advance priorities. She has worked across sectors including legal, medical, public policy, governance and civil society, and serves as Executive Director of the Internet Society Canada Chapter. She designs and leads structured engagement strategies, convenes the right voices around complex issues, and supports clients in building trust and driving decision-making in high-stakes environments.
